About this website

This site provides information about our short-stay (Airbnb) management services in Christchurch and Banks Peninsula, and lets you get in touch or book a consultation. We aim to keep the information accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general guidance only.

Enquiries and quotes

Submitting an enquiry or booking a consultation does not create a management contract. Our pricing is commission-based and quoted per property after an assessment. Any figures or examples shown on this site that are labelled “illustrative” are for explanation only and are not a promise of returns or occupancy.

Our services

The specific services we provide, fees, and each party’s responsibilities are set out in the individual management or consulting agreement you sign with us. Where this website and that agreement differ, the signed agreement applies.

Intellectual property

The Three Peaks Management name, logo, text and imagery on this site are ours or used with permission. Please don’t reuse them without our consent.

Liability

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on general information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
