We only collect information you choose to give us — typically your name, email address, phone number and any details you include when you submit our enquiry form, book a consultation, or contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp. We do not collect payment details through this website.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the assessment or service you ask for.
- To arrange and manage a booked consultation.
- To keep in touch about your property where you have asked us to.
We will not sell your information, and we will not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Third parties who help us
Our enquiry form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, our booking calendar is provided by Cal.com, and our site is hosted on Vercel. These providers process your information only to deliver their part of the service. When you message us on WhatsApp or Instagram, those platforms’ own privacy terms also apply.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe and only retain it for as long as we need it to help you. Enquiry emails are stored in our business inbox.
Your rights
